This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Shajaret el Zaman and shipped within Australia.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping; however, international shipping options are planned for the future.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We use reputable Australian courier and postal services to deliver your order.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Regional & Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order size, and weight.

  • Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Product-Specific Shipping Information

  • 500ml Olive Oil Bottles: Available for online orders with Australia-wide delivery.

  • 18L Olive Oil Drums: Available for in-person purchase only and are not shipped at this time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Delivery Issues & Responsibility

  • Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and work with the courier to provide a suitable resolution.
