We currently ship orders Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping; however, international shipping options are planned for the future.

5. Product-Specific Shipping Information

500ml Olive Oil Bottles: Available for online orders with Australia-wide delivery.

18L Olive Oil Drums: Available for in-person purchase only and are not shipped at this time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Delivery Issues & Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:
